Welcome to UPI Globale Edu Inc. ("UPI Globale Edu," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, courses, subscriptions, or other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and UPI Globale Edu Inc. governing your use of all Services provided through our website at transfercredit.org and any affiliated platforms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Services, you affirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Have the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
- Are using the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate termination of your account and Services.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Immediately notify UPI Globale Edu of unauthorized use or suspected security breaches.
Prohibited Uses of Your Account
- You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
- Accounts created with false information or on behalf of another individual without their consent will be terminated.
UPI Globale Edu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these provisions.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
UPI Globale Edu provides educational courses, bundles, and subscriptions designed to support students in earning transferable college credits.
Service Limitations
- No Guaranteed Credit Acceptance: UPI Globale Edu facilitates credit transfers but does not guarantee acceptance by all institutions unless explicitly stated for certain bundles under our Refund Policy.
- Non-Accredited Platform: UPI Globale Edu is not a degree-granting institution and acts as an intermediary provider of course content recommended by ACE or NCCRS.
- Independent Verification: It is your responsibility to verify credit acceptance with your intended institution before purchase.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Requirements
- Payment for all courses, bundles, and subscriptions must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes or fees.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to the purchased Services. UPI Globale Edu reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing orders.
5. REFUND POLICY
Effective for all purchases made on or after April 10, 2026, UPI Globale Edu operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, for any reason, including but not limited to: non-completion of coursework, dissatisfaction with content or outcomes, change of mind, failure to transfer credits, change of university or major, or any other personal, academic, or institutional reason.
This no-refund policy applies to all students regardless of nationality, country of residence, or institution of enrollment, and to all products including individual courses, bundles of any value, subscriptions, and any other services offered by UPI Globale Edu.
No Refunds for UPI Globale Edu Center or Vendor Purchases: UPI Globale Edu has a strict non-refund policy for any courses or services purchased through a UPI Globale Edu affiliated center, franchisee, or third-party vendor. UPI Globale Edu is not a party to any transaction between a student and a UPI Globale Edu center or vendor, and bears no financial or legal liability for such transactions. All refund inquiries related to center or vendor purchases must be directed to the respective center or vendor directly. UPI Globale Edu will not intervene in, adjudicate, or assume liability for any such disputes.
By creating an account on Transfercredit.org and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy in full.
5A. PURCHASES MADE BEFORE APRIL 10, 2026
Students who made a purchase of over $1500 prior to April 10, 2026 are governed by the refund terms in effect at the time of their purchase. Those terms are available in full at:

No refund rights under any prior terms extend to, or are affected by, any purchase made on or after April 10, 2026. Prior terms do not apply to new purchases under any circumstances.
5B. NO ADVISORY OBLIGATION
UPI Globale Edu is an educational content provider, not an academic advisor, financial advisor, admissions consultant, or counselor of any kind. UPI Globale Edu is under no obligation to provide, and expressly disclaims any duty to provide, academic advising, course selection guidance, university selection guidance, credit transfer advice, career advice, or any other advisory service of any nature.
Any information, suggestions, or communications provided by UPI Globale Edu staff, representatives, centers, or vendors regarding course selection, university compatibility, or credit transferability are provided as general informational guidance only, without warranty of any kind, and do not constitute professional academic advice. UPI Globale Edu expressly disclaims any liability for outcomes arising from a student’s reliance on any such information.
It is the sole responsibility of the student to independently verify credit acceptance, course requirements, institutional compatibility, and all other academic matters with their intended institution before making any purchase. No refund will be granted on the basis that a student received, relied upon, or acted in accordance with any guidance provided by UPI Globale Edu or its representatives.
5C. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated against UPI Globale Edu in violation of this Refund Policy will be considered a material breach of these Terms. UPI Globale Edu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate account access upon initiation of any such dispute. UPI Globale Edu may seek recovery of all associated costs, including chargeback processing fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney fees. Students are required to contact [email protected] to resolve billing concerns before initiating any dispute with their payment provider. This obligation applies to all students regardless of nationality or enrollment date.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content and materials provided by UPI Globale Edu, including text, images, graphics, videos, and course materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any content.
- Reverse-engineer or modify our platform or software.
- Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Violations of intellectual property rights will result in termination of access and potential legal action.
All original content created by UPI Globale Edu, including its original text, graphics, branding, and website materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Certain course materials, curriculum, syllabi, media, open educational resources, Creative Commons materials, and other third-party content used in connection with UPI Globale Edu services may be owned by third parties and are subject to applicable license terms and ownership rights. User-Generated Content and Testimonials

By submitting reviews, testimonials, feedback, case studies, or any other content to UPI Globale Edu through any channel (including email, social media, chat, or web forms), you grant UPI Globale Edu Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in any marketing materials, on its website, in advertising, or in any other format, with or without attribution. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights. UPI Globale Edu reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, or compliance without materially altering their meaning.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
By using UPI Globale Edu's Services, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
Unauthorized Use
- Hacking or Disruption: Attempting to access or interfere with our systems, servers, or network security.
- Unauthorized Access: Using another user's account or providing false credentials to gain access.
Improper Content Use
- Redistribution: Sharing, reselling, or redistributing any course content or materials.
- Inappropriate Use: Posting defamatory, abusive, or illegal content within our platform.
Misrepresentation or Fraud
- False Identity: Creating accounts or purchasing services under a false identity.
- Misleading Claims: Providing falsified information for refunds or credit transfer appeals.
Compliance Violations
You must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or policies outlined in these Terms. Violation of these provisions will result in immediate suspension or termination of access without a refund and may include legal action.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UPI Globale Edu Inc. will not be liable for:
Exclusion of Damages
- Direct or Indirect Losses: Losses of revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the Services.
- Academic Outcomes: Failure to achieve desired academic or financial outcomes, including credit acceptance or transferability.
Limited Remedies
Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the Services that directly caused the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theory. The disclosures and limitations described in UPI Globale Edu's Disclaimer are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UPI Globale Edu Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Misuse of the Services, including unauthorized sharing or distribution.
- Infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
- Any dispute between you and an academic institution regarding credit transfers.
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your use of the Services.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Negotiation: Users must contact UPI Globale Edu at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal action.
- Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be held in Hoboken, New Jersey. Each party will bear its own legal costs, unless otherwise required by law.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class or collective actions.
International Users
International users accessing UPI Globale Edu's Services from outside the United States may have additional rights under their applicable local consumer protection, data protection, or educational laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall, waive any rights that cannot be contractually waived under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. However, to the fullest extent permissible, the governing law, arbitration, and dispute resolution provisions above shall apply. UPI Globale Edu makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all countries and is not responsible for compliance with local laws in jurisdictions outside the United States.
11. TERMINATION
Termination by UPI Globale Edu
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if:
- You breach any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your account is used for prohibited activities (see Section 7).
- Required payments are not completed.
- We are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you will lose access to all purchased content and Services. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy (Section 5).
Surviving Provisions
Sections related to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive the termination of these Terms.
12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
UPI Globale Edu Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policies or disclaimers incorporated by reference, at any time.
Notification of Changes
- Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on our website.
- Updates will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.
Your Responsibility
By continuing to use our Services after updates are made, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services immediately.
13. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and UPI Globale Edu Inc., superseding all prior agreements related to the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. UPI Globale Edu may assign or transfer its rights without restriction.
Force Majeure
UPI Globale Edu Inc. is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, policy changes of the American Council on Education, National College Credit Recommendation Service, credit acceptance policy changes of an institution, or technical failures. Changes in a university's credit acceptance policies occurring after a student's enrollment with UPI Globale Edu are outside UPI Globale Edu's control and do not, by themselves, entitle the student to a refund.

15. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
UPI Globale Edu Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined below and in our Privacy Policy.
15.1 Data We Collect
We collect personal data necessary for providing our Services, including but not limited to:
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- Payment details for transactions.
- Course progress and performance metrics.
- Behavioral and usage data, including session recordings, heatmaps, click patterns, and navigation activity collected via analytics tools (see Section 15.5).
15.2 SMS Data Usage
For SMS-related Services, we collect and process:
- Your phone number for communication purposes.
- Consent records confirming your agreement to receive SMS messages.
- Message history, including delivery status and timestamps.
Purpose of SMS Data: To provide updates, notifications, and support as requested by you. To facilitate account verification or transactional communications.
Your Rights Regarding SMS Data: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP." Requests for data access, correction, or deletion can be made by contacting us at [email protected].
15.3 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
15.4 Sharing of Data
We share your data with trusted parties as necessary to deliver and support our Services. This includes:
- SMS delivery service providers (e.g., Twilio or similar platforms).
- UPI Globale Edu affiliated centers, franchisees, and regional partners, for purposes of enrollment facilitation, student support, and course delivery.
- Partner universities, academic institutions, and credit evaluation bodies, for the purposes of credit transfer, transcript submission, and academic record review.
- Third-party analytics and session recording providers (see Section 15.5).
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
UPI Globale Edu does not sell your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing with UPI Globale Edu centers and partner institutions is limited to what is necessary to fulfill your academic and enrollment objectives. By using our Services, you consent to this sharing.
15.5 Analytics and Session Recording
UPI Globale Edu uses third-party analytics and behavioral analytics tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Clarity and PostHog, to understand how users interact with our platform. These tools may collect and process behavioral data including, but not limited to: mouse movement and click patterns, scroll depth and page navigation, session recordings and heatmaps, device and browser information, and page interaction metrics.
This data is collected for the purpose of improving user experience, diagnosing technical issues, and optimizing our website and course platform. Session recordings may capture interactions with pages containing form fields; however, sensitive fields such as payment information are masked and not recorded.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of this behavioral data. To opt out, you may enable browser-level tracking protection (e.g., Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals), adjust your cookie preferences via our Cookie Policy, or contact us at [email protected]. Note that opting out of analytics tools does not affect your access to UPI Globale Edu Services.
15.6 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
UPI Globale Edu and its third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and similar technologies on our website and platform. These may include: functional cookies necessary for platform operation, analytics cookies used by tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog, and advertising and retargeting pixels operated by platforms including but not limited to Google and Meta, used to serve relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited our site.
By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of these technologies. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or a cookie consent manager. 15.7 AI-Assisted Tools and Automated Systems
UPI Globale Edu may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to provide course recommendations, respond to student inquiries (including via AI-powered chat support), and deliver personalized academic guidance. These tools do not make binding academic, financial, or admissions decisions. Final decisions regarding credit acceptance, enrollment, and academic planning remain the responsibility of the relevant academic institutions and the student. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such tools as part of your experience.

16. COMMUNICATIONS (TRANSACTIONAL VS. MARKETING)
16.1 Service and Transactional Communications
By creating an account or purchasing Services, you agree that UPI Globale Edu may send you non-marketing communications that are necessary to provide and support the Services. These may include: account verification and security alerts; payment receipts, invoices, and subscription notices; course access confirmations, course progress updates, deadlines, grading, certificates, and transcript-related updates; and announcements related to courses you are enrolled in, platform changes, and service notices. These communications are considered transactional or service communications and are not marketing emails.
16.2 Email Marketing Communications
By creating an account, you understand that UPI Globale Edu may also send marketing communications via email, such as promotions, product updates, special offers, surveys, and newsletters.
16.3 SMS Marketing Communications
By providing your phone number and creating an account with UPI Globale Edu, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) from UPI Globale Edu Inc. at the phone number you provide. These messages may include promotional offers, course updates, enrollment reminders, and other marketing content. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any UPI Globale Edu text message. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation text. Opting out of marketing SMS will not affect transactional or service-related messages (see Section 16.1). For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to UPI Globale Edu Services.
16.4 Data Sharing for Communications
By providing your contact information and using our Services, you consent to your contact data (including name, email, and phone number) being shared with UPI Globale Edu affiliated centers and regional partners for the purpose of enrollment coordination, academic support, and service-related outreach. Such centers and partners are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable law and UPI Globale Edu's data handling standards. They may not use your contact data for independent commercial marketing purposes without your separate consent.
16.5 How to Unsubscribe From Marketing
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by: using the "unsubscribe" link in a marketing email, updating your communication preferences in your account settings, or deleting your account or emailing [email protected]. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of marketing communications will not stop transactional/service communications described in Section 16.1, as those are required to deliver and support the Services.
