Students should confirm current policies directly with the college before relying on CLEP scores for degree progress.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on SJVC's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. San Joaquin Valley College - Visalia transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
