CLEP Credits at Adrian College

Adrian College is a private liberal arts college in Adrian, Michigan. It is located in the city of Adrian in Lenawee County, in the southeastern part of the state. The college serves undergraduate students in a residential campus setting.

The college offers a broad range of undergraduate academic programs across the liberal arts and sciences, along with professional and pre-professional study options. Adrian College is known for combining classroom learning with experiential opportunities such as internships, research, and campus involvement. Its academic profile is centered on undergraduate education rather than large-scale graduate study.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Adrian College is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning through its registrar and academic departments rather than applying a single blanket rule to every course. Students seeking credit by exam or transfer credit should expect review of official score reports, course equivalencies, and degree applicability. Policies can change, so the college’s current transfer and credit-by-exam guidance is the authoritative source.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on AC's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Adrian College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
