CLEP Exams at WSU Tech (South)

WSU Tech is a public technical college in Wichita, Kansas, and South Campus is one of its Wichita-area locations. The college focuses on career and technical education designed to prepare students for immediate entry into the workforce or for continued study. Because South Campus is a campus location rather than a separate institution, many schoolwide facts are shared across WSU Tech.

WSU Tech offers career-focused programs in areas such as aviation, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, business, and information technology. The college is known for hands-on training and workforce-aligned instruction that supports local and regional employers. Program availability can vary by campus and term, so students should confirm offerings directly with the college.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, WSU Tech should be treated as a college that may evaluate prior learning and outside coursework through its own academic policies. Credit-by-exam and transfer decisions are typically made by the institution rather than automatically granted. Students interested in CLEP should verify whether the college accepts specific exams and how scores are applied to their program.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on WSU Tech's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. WSU Tech - South Campus transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
