CLEP Exams at Andrews University

Andrews University is a private university in Berrien Springs, Michigan, in the United States. It is affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church and serves students in a faith-based academic environment. The university’s main campus is in southwestern Michigan.

Andrews offers a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional study across multiple schools and colleges. It is especially known for programs connected to theology, education, health professions, and other disciplines supported by its graduate and professional offerings. The university also emphasizes a global student community and a mission-centered approach to learning.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Andrews University is the kind of institution where credit acceptance is determined by the university’s own academic policies and registrar procedures. Students should expect exam credit, transfer credit, and course equivalencies to be reviewed by the appropriate academic office before being applied to a degree program. Because policies can vary by department and program, students should confirm current requirements directly with Andrews before relying on outside credit.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on AU's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Andrews University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
