CLEP Credits at Oklahoma City University

Oklahoma City University is a private university in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is located in the state capital and serves students in a metropolitan setting. The university is known for combining liberal arts, professional study, and performing arts opportunities.

OCU offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs through several schools and colleges. It is especially recognized for programs in the performing arts, business, law, and other professional fields. Students can pursue both traditional academic majors and career-focused study.

For CLEP and transfer credit, Oklahoma City University accepts transfer coursework and may award credit for approved prior learning or examination-based credit according to its academic policies. CLEP credit acceptance is subject to university rules, program requirements, and score standards. Students should confirm how any exam credit applies to their specific degree plan before relying on it.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on OCU's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Oklahoma City University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
