CLEP Credits at Blue Mountain College

Blue Mountain College is a private Christian college in Blue Mountain, Mississippi. It is located in the small town of Blue Mountain in the north-central part of the state. The college has long served students seeking a faith-based higher education experience.

The college offers undergraduate study in a range of liberal arts and professional fields. Its academic identity is centered on Christian higher education, with programs designed to support both general education and career preparation. Because program offerings can change, the safest summary is that it provides a small-college academic environment rather than a large catalog of majors.

Blue Mountain College has accepted transfer and credit-by-exam pathways in the past, including CLEP credit where applicable. Students considering CLEP should confirm in advance which exams are accepted and how scores apply to specific degree requirements. Policies can vary by department, major, and catalog year.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Blue Mountain College's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Blue Mountain College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
