CLEP Exams at Huntington University

Huntington University is a private Christian university in Huntington, Indiana. It is located in the city of Huntington in northeastern Indiana and serves undergraduate and graduate students. The university is affiliated with the Church of the United Brethren in Christ.

The university offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs across areas such as arts, business, education, health sciences, ministry, and the sciences. Huntington is known for combining liberal arts study with professional preparation and faith-based learning. It also emphasizes experiential learning and service-oriented education.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, Huntington University is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning through its registrar and academic policies rather than granting blanket credit automatically. Students should expect credit decisions to depend on the specific exam, score, course equivalency, and degree program requirements. Because policies can change, applicants should confirm current CLEP and transfer-credit acceptance directly with the university.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on HU's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Huntington University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
