CLEP Credits at Heidelberg University

Heidelberg University is a private university in Tiffin, Ohio, in the United States. It is a residential campus serving undergraduate and graduate students. The university is located in northwestern Ohio and is known locally as Heidelberg.

Heidelberg offers a range of undergraduate majors and graduate programs across the arts and sciences, business, education, health-related fields, and other professional areas. The university emphasizes small classes and close faculty interaction. It also has a long-standing liberal arts identity.

For transfer and credit-by-exam students, Heidelberg University accepts credit in ways that are consistent with its academic policies and registrar review process. CLEP credit may be considered when it aligns with institutional requirements and departmental approval. Students should confirm applicability before testing, since credit acceptance can vary by exam, score, and program.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Heidelberg's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Heidelberg University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
