CLEP Exams at Rhodes State College

Rhodes State College is a public college in Lima, Ohio, serving students in west-central Ohio. It is part of Ohio’s public higher education system and offers associate-level education with an emphasis on access, workforce preparation, and transfer pathways.

The college offers career-focused programs as well as transfer-oriented coursework in areas such as health sciences, business, public service, and technical fields. Rhodes State is known for serving both recent high school graduates and adult learners who want to enter the workforce or continue to a four-year institution.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Rhodes State College is a good fit for students who want to use prior learning or exam-based credit toward an associate degree or future transfer. Students should confirm in advance which CLEP exams, scores, and course equivalents the college accepts, since credit policies can vary by department and program.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Rhodes State College's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Rhodes State College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
