CLEP Exams at Tabor College

Tabor College is a private Christian liberal arts college in Hillsboro, Kansas. It is affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren tradition and serves students in a small-college setting in central Kansas. The college emphasizes undergraduate education and a faith-based campus environment.

Tabor offers a range of undergraduate programs in the liberal arts, sciences, business, education, and related professional fields. Its academic profile is shaped by small-college instruction, close faculty interaction, and opportunities for experiential learning. The college also provides graduate-level study in select areas.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Tabor College is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning through its registrar and academic offices rather than applying a one-size-fits-all rule. Students seeking credit by exam or transfer credit should expect course-by-course review against Tabor's academic policies and degree requirements. Acceptance of CLEP or transfer work can depend on the subject area, score, and how the credit fits the student's program.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Tabor's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Tabor College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
