CLEP Exams at Cornerstone University

Cornerstone University is a private Christian university in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It serves undergraduate and graduate students and is affiliated with a Christian tradition. The university is located in western Michigan and operates from its Grand Rapids campus.

Cornerstone offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs across areas such as business, education, ministry, counseling, and the arts and sciences. Its academic identity emphasizes Christian faith integration, liberal arts learning, and preparation for professional service. The university also offers online and adult-focused options in addition to traditional campus-based study.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Cornerstone University is the kind of institution that commonly evaluates prior learning through formal academic review rather than automatic acceptance of every exam or course. Students should expect credit-by-exam and transfer decisions to depend on the university's published policies, the specific exam or course, and the student's program of study. Because these policies can change, the registrar or admissions office is the appropriate source for current CLEP and transfer-credit guidance.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Cornerstone University's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Cornerstone University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
