CLEP Exams at Evangel University

Evangel University is a private Christian university in Springfield, Missouri. It is affiliated with the Assemblies of God and serves students in a faith-based academic environment. The university is located in southwest Missouri and offers undergraduate and graduate study.

Evangel offers a range of academic programs across the arts and sciences, business, education, health professions, ministry, and other professional fields. It is known for combining Christian formation with career-focused study. Students can pursue both traditional on-campus programs and selected graduate and online options.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, Evangel University is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning through its registrar and academic policies rather than granting blanket credit automatically. Credit-by-exam and transfer credit decisions are usually based on official score reports, course equivalencies, and degree requirements. Students should confirm how specific exams or prior coursework apply to their intended program before relying on them for graduation planning.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Evangel's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Evangel University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
