CLEP Credits at Lebanon Valley College

Lebanon Valley College is a private liberal arts college in Annville, Pennsylvania, in the Lebanon Valley region of central Pennsylvania. It offers a residential undergraduate experience and also serves graduate students through selected professional programs. The college is known for a close-knit campus environment and a strong emphasis on teaching and student support.

The college offers a broad range of undergraduate majors and pre-professional pathways, along with graduate study in selected fields. Lebanon Valley College is especially known for programs in the health sciences, business, education, music, and the liberal arts. Students also benefit from experiential learning opportunities such as internships, research, and community engagement.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Lebanon Valley College is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning through its registrar and academic departments rather than applying a single blanket rule to every course. Credit-by-exam and transfer-credit decisions are usually based on official score reports, course equivalency, and the college's academic policies. Students should confirm in advance whether a specific CLEP exam or transfer course will apply to their intended program.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on LVC's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Lebanon Valley College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
