CLEP Credits at Pfeiffer University

Pfeiffer University is a private university in Misenheimer, North Carolina. Its main campus is in Stanly County, and the university also serves students through additional locations and online offerings. It is a small, faith-related institution with a long history in North Carolina.

Pfeiffer offers undergraduate and graduate study in a range of fields, including business, health-related areas, education, and the liberal arts. The university is known for its small-campus environment and for providing personalized instruction. It also offers online and professional programs designed for working adults and transfer students.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, Pfeiffer University is the kind of institution that commonly evaluates prior learning and exam-based credit on a case-by-case basis. Students should expect credit decisions to depend on the specific exam, score, course equivalency, and degree program. Because policies can change, applicants should confirm current CLEP acceptance and transfer rules directly with the university before relying on outside credit.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Pfeiffer's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Pfeiffer University transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
