CLEP Exams at Rasmussen College (Moorhead)

Rasmussen College - Moorhead was a campus of Rasmussen College in Moorhead, Minnesota, serving students in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Rasmussen College operated as a private career-focused institution with multiple campuses and online offerings. The Moorhead campus is no longer operating as a standalone campus under the Rasmussen name.

Rasmussen College was known for career-oriented programs in fields such as nursing, business, health sciences, technology, and education. Its academic model emphasized practical, workforce-focused training and flexible scheduling for adult learners and working students. Program availability varied by campus and by online delivery.

For transfer and credit-by-exam purposes, Rasmussen College was generally a transfer-oriented institution, but acceptance of CLEP or other exam credit depended on institutional policy and the specific program of study. Students were typically advised to confirm how prior learning, transfer coursework, and exam-based credit would apply before enrolling. Because policies can change, the most reliable source is the institution's official transfer or admissions guidance for the relevant term.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Rasmussen College - Moorhead's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Rasmussen College - Moorhead transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
