CLEP Credits at Rocky Mountain College

Rocky Mountain College is a private liberal arts college in Billings, Montana. It is located in the largest city in Montana and serves undergraduate students in a campus setting with a broad liberal arts tradition.

The college offers undergraduate programs across the arts, sciences, business, education, and professional fields, and it is also known for aviation-related study through its aviation program. As a liberal arts institution, it emphasizes a broad academic foundation alongside major-specific study.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, Rocky Mountain College is the kind of institution that typically evaluates prior learning and outside coursework through its registrar and academic policies. Students considering CLEP or transfer credit should expect credit decisions to depend on the college's official evaluation rules, score requirements, and degree applicability.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on RMC's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Rocky Mountain College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
