As part of University of Maryland Global Campus, the site offers access to undergraduate and graduate study in a wide range of career-oriented fields delivered through UMGC’s broader academic catalog. UMGC is known for flexible online and hybrid delivery, adult-focused advising, and programs designed for working students. The Europe location functions as a local support point rather than a separate degree-granting institution.

For CLEP and transfer-credit purposes, UMGC is generally considered transfer-friendly and accepts a variety of prior learning and exam-based credits subject to institutional policy. Students at the Europe location may be able to apply CLEP, AP, military training, and other transfer credits toward degree requirements if they meet UMGC’s evaluation standards. Exact applicability depends on the student’s program, course equivalency, and official review of transcripts or score reports.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on UMGC Europe's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. UMGC Europe - NSA Naples transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
