CLEP Credits at University of Mary

The University of Mary is a private Catholic university in Bismarck, North Dakota. It serves students through undergraduate, graduate, and professional education on its main campus and through additional learning locations and online offerings. The university is rooted in the Benedictine tradition and emphasizes faith, service, and leadership.

University of Mary offers a broad range of academic programs across the liberal arts, sciences, business, education, health professions, and theology. It is especially known for professional and career-focused programs, including health-related fields and graduate study. The university also emphasizes experiential learning and preparation for service-oriented careers.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, the University of Mary is generally a transfer-friendly institution that evaluates prior learning through its own academic policies. Students should expect credit decisions to depend on the specific exam, score, course equivalency, and degree program. Because policies can change, applicants should confirm current CLEP acceptance and transfer rules directly with the university before relying on exam credit.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on University of Mary's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. University of Mary transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
