CLEP Exams at Baker College

Baker College is a private nonprofit college with its main campus in Flint, Michigan. It serves students through a network of campuses and online offerings, with a long history in Michigan higher education. The college is known for career-oriented education and flexible learning options.

Baker College offers undergraduate and graduate programs in a range of applied and professional fields, including business, health, technology, and education. Its academic model emphasizes practical preparation and workforce-relevant skills. The college also provides online study options and transfer pathways for students with prior college credit.

For CLEP and transfer credit purposes, Baker College is the kind of institution where students should expect credit decisions to depend on official evaluation rather than automatic acceptance. CLEP and other transfer credits are typically reviewed against institutional policies, program requirements, and course equivalencies. Students should confirm in advance how any exam or transfer credit will apply to their intended major or degree plan.

Students may also have options involving CLEP®, DSST, AP, ACE, or NCCRS credits, depending on Baker's current policies. Not every alternative credit source is automatically accepted, so verify eligibility before completing a course or exam.

Approved credits may count toward general education, major requirements, electives, or other degree requirements depending on the evaluation. Baker College transfer credits should therefore be reviewed against the specific degree program.
